Maria, a long-time Arlington resident, has more than two decades of marketing experience.  Serving as the Home Advantage Team Business Manager and Special Projects Manager, Maria is responsible for the overall management of the business as well as the larger developments marketed by Steve McKenna.

Pam, an Arlington native, joins the Home Advantage Team after 23 years of customer service at a telecommunications company.  As Steve's open house liaison, Pam's customer service skills are a key element in the effective marketing of your home.
